A friend of mine is a beachbody coach, I'll have to email your her blog link. Her before and after pics are great and she always gives helpful information. I'm tryingggg to work out.
I like to keep track of my workouts too. Helps so much, and it is fun to look back and see what you have accomplished! Any good ab workouts your recommend? I am always looking for new ones. :)
I haven't been doing many at home workouts lately, but I made up one the other week and it was great! Would you ever use Daily Mile (or the app for your iphone called Electric Miles) to keep track of your workouts? I like it because it tallies everything up for you

Nice work on starting off the year on the right foot! I registered for a 10 mile race in March so am currently training for that. It is nice to have something to work towards!

Great idea! So dedicated! I'm back on track with my strength training since I have barely done any since Audrey was first born. First day of 30 Day Shred done!
I like hearing that it's only 4% of your day. Now I feel like I need to go put on my workout clothes!
I know...I only work 24 hours per week, so I have NO excuse not to work out that 4%. I need to get in a routine!

You are definitely an inspiration! This is one busy schedule for 3 months, and I can say it’s not easy to keep and follow. But looking at your last year exercise schedule, I realized that you’re really serious about it, which I think is good. Having a healthy lifestyle is always a two thumbs up for me. ;-) Anyway, March has ended, how you doing so far?
